The rainy morning had turned steadily to a damp afternoon, but now the sun was out and saying hello. Its rays creeped out through the window like golden fingers toward the edge of Ara's bed. Outside, birds were singing their praise of the warm day. It was nice, and perfect. The greenrider was still asleep curled up in her bed. Snuggling close to her pillow, or at least she thought it was her pillow, Ara slowly opened her eyes....to see K'rec.
The morning's activities didn't come back to her mind at first and the girl shot up in surprise. Looking down to see herself not dressed that properly, Ara gathered some of the blankets toward her and wrapped them around her body. "Umm....hi?" Cocking her head to the side the flight slowly started coming back to her. "Oh! Oh...hi." Smiling now the rider shook her head. "I..couldn't remember....I do now though." Her face slowly started to turn red with a blush with those words. Oh yeah, she remembered.
Stretching out the rider winced slightly, she was sore but thankfully she didn't have wing practice today. Turning her head toward Avirith's cave the rider moved around till she saw the green's form. The dragoness was wrapped around Orivith, sleeping of course. Ara's shoulders hurt, so she knew that the green probably pulled some wing muscles fighting the storm winds. "I'm glad I don't have any duties today with the wing. I don't think either of us are ready for that." Laughing a bit to herself, Ara blushed again. "Avi and I, I mean."
Inside her cave Avirith had not yet stirred. A bird however was being bothersome outside with its twittering. Opening one swirling eye the green hissed. Does it have to be so loud? She rustled her wings in annoyance only to let out a small keen. It hurt, though not horribly so. It was barable at least. Turning her head to look at her champion the green moved to nuzzle the blue. Good afternoon my love. How are you?
