Physical Appearance:
Freya has an hourglass figure that tops around 5 ft 4 in and is covered in creamy alabaster skin. With a petite frame she's not the strongest rider in the weyr. Freya's figure is composed of long legs, a shorter torso, small shoulders, a slender neck, and a heart shaped face.
From what her "siblings" always tell her though, it's Freya's eyes that show her personality. Almond shaped and light green, they are hidden behind thick, dark brown lashes and will often flicker around not wanting to settle on one thing for too long. A nervous habit of hers is to brush a hand through her wavy hair. It settles about mid-back in dark, loose waves. Almost being black, the color is a rich brown. Freya also has a soprano voice that matches her temperament, and she enjoys singing while she works.
Freya will often go for earth toned peasant tops that skim her figure and riding pants. This is most often not for comfort, but because she is a candidate and must work, they are necessary. Occasionally Freya will wear a knee length dress usually again in earth tones. Generally she wears dresses only to festivities though. She always wears her mother's necklace, the only thing of her she has, which is a simple corded choker with a red pendant.
Personality:
Even before she became became a young lady, Freya held an iron will inside her body. Any, and every, decision she comes to, Freya holds herself to it till the end. Though at times her stubbornness can become a problem, Freya hates being proved wrong. The girl isn’t one to take “No” as an answer, and if given it, will still do the opposite. What most might be surprised at though, is that this ability to be headstrong doesn’t stem from a rash nature. In fact, Freya sometimes over thinks situations and will often read too much into actions.
Not only stubborn, Freya is also quick-witted and energetic. She's quick to go along with changing plans, and has the enthusiasm to not get tired with a project easily. Freya also loves to be with people and thrives on a social life, often trying to be a leader in a group whether she's wanted or not.
This need to be around people can become a problem in of itself though. Freya can come off very pushy or needy even because of the way she responds. This is something that Freya realizes and is trying to remedy, however it is a slow process. The ability to see faults in herself is another trait of Freya's, though she many times will ignore them and act as if they are non-existent.
Additionally, Freya is, or can be, organized. When it is necessary to be as such, the candidate will become one of the most situated people one can came across. For the most part though, Freya prefers to be on the average side of this trait. An example of this is that a place she’s working in will be absolutely spotless. Freya can’t stand her working place being cluttered and dysfunctional. Her own weyr however is a different story. When it comes to a living space, a lived in look is what Freya aims for. Not extremely horrible, just so much that it feels like home.
The trait that generally proves most fun is that Freya is quite adventurous. Adventurous, and curious, and still very much a kid at heart, the rider can be a great friend and playmate. Any time someone wants a companion to come explore the Weyr, Freya tries to be there. Partially, her adventurous streaks are caused by a ceaseless curiosity. This again doesn’t stem from impulsive needs, she considers the consequences too often for that, but her need to know the unknown easily overcomes this.
One of the most predominant traits found in the rider though, is that she’s kind. Freya constantly wants to help the people of Pern. Occasionally this need though can become a nuisance to some. Not everyone wants help after all, but Freya refuses to hear this and tries to aid people anyway. Also, the candidate hates it when people, especially children, are crying. If someone is, Freya will do everything she is capable of doing to remedy the situation. This sympathy doesn’t just stop at humans though; the rider extends it happily to any creature in need.
History:
Being a weyrbrat, Freya never knew her real parents. Until her mother was deathly ill that is, however that part of her story comes later. It didn't seem to phase the quintet though that they were without parents. The five weyrbrats just continued on their way and became ever closer. There names, from youngest to oldest, were Taikin, Nikron, Alyara, Freya and Kierah. As the second oldest, Freya was always the one to look after her younger siblings with Kierah.
However, the girl often wished for bigger things. Instead of wanting to watch her "siblings" Freya wanted to help the riders and weyrlings whenever they would allow. It was at the age of 8 that the siblings started to grow apart for real though. Kierah was first, always being a harper at heart, the girl soon left to learn her trade. Next was N'kron and Alyara. Both became riders, Alyara of green Avirith and N'kron of Brown Ildardeth. Soon, it was just Freya and Tai left in the weyrbrats' weyr.
It became a lonely life and the only thing that seemed to keep them all together anymore were the firelizards they each impressed 4 turns before Tai and Freya became candidates. Being of dragonrider blood, there was always a place on the sands for them. Freya had tried for turns as well as Tai, but nothing ever came for the two "siblings".
A turn ago, the girl was sent word of a Green Rider who had taken ill. The rider sent for Freya and finally the candidate was able to meet her mother. Inside the rider's weyr, the dragon had already looked like death itself, knowing that Hers was not going to live through the night. It was Freya's mother's last wish to give something of hers to the daughter she had never before aknowledged. Grudgingly taking the necklace, the candidate watched as her mother struggled onto her dragon's neck and the two went between.

Physical Appearance: Thor is a dark bronze color with reddish bronze markings. They look like strange symbols in different places on his hide. These places are on his shoulders, thighs, head, tail and wings.
Personality: Thor is a strong-willed male and very dominant. He's also a bit head-strong and won't take "no" for an answer quite like his owner. This can become a problem a lot of times, and has gotten Freya into a lot of trouble. When the bronze realizes this, the flit will be sorry and try to make up for it.

Appearance: Stout, average-sized body with a reddish brown hide, the wings are almost a creamy color.
Personality: Fiery and outgoing, short-tempered but willing to protect his friends and has a big heart.
